How do I confirm my personal details for KYC?

If you are required to confirm your personal details, you’ll receive a pop-up message within our Mobile App. 

The pop-up message will prompt you to confirm and/or update your details within the App. This should only take you a few minutes.  Before you start, you may want to have tow of the following ID documents handy in case we need to re-verify your identity: 

  • Australian Passport 
  • Australian Driver Licence 
  • Medicare Card.

You will be able to skip the pop-up twice, but on the third prompt it’s mandatory to complete. If you do not confirm your details, your access to our Mobile App will be disabled until you do.

 If you do not wish to confirm / update your information via the App, please contact us on 1300 13 23 28.
