I have a joint account, what happen if the other person does not confirm their details?

For joint accounts, account holders will need to verify their details separately which could be done at different times. If the other account holder has been asked to reconfirm their details and don’t, they may not be able to use Digital Banking to access their accounts, including the joint account. This will not impact you as the other account holder, unless you have also been asked to reconfirm your details and don’t.
