What should I consider before choosing a Rate Lock?

Jasmine Shillington Updated by Jasmine Shillington

A Rate Lock can provide peace of mind if you're concerned about rates increasing before settlement. However, it's important to understand that:

  • The Rate Lock fee is non-refundable.
  • If you change your selected fixed-rate term and want to lock in the new rate, a new Rate Lock fee may apply.

How did we do?

Is there a Rate Lock fee?
