Why am I not able to skip the KYC request to confirm my personal details?

If you receive a KYC pop up within Digital Banking to confirm your personal details, you can skip the request twice.

 On the third prompt it’s mandatory for you to complete the confirmation. You will not be able to use Digital Banking until you have confirmed your personal details. 

If you do not wish to confirm / update your information via Digital Banking, please contact us on 1300 13 23 28 or visit your local Australian Military Bank branch.
