Where can I find my Medicare details?

You can find your Medicare details on the front of your Medicare Card. You will need to enter the card number, expiry date and reference number. Please make sure you enter the details exactly as they appear on your card, otherwise you identify verification will fail. In particular, please double check how your middle name is shown on the card. Sometimes it will be the full middle name, initial and in some cases, not shown at all.
