How to report a scam?

If you think you've been scammed, firstly cease all contact with the person you’re speaking with - this may either be via a phone call, text, email or messaging app communication.

If a remote access application has been downloaded, turned off the device immediately. 

Change all your passwords / passcodes including for your devices, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Visa card etc. 

Contact us immediately on 1300 13 23 28 to report the potential scam.
