I can't log into the Mobile Banking app?

If you are having an issue logging into the Mobile Banking app, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check you are using the latest version of the app. You can check this by visiting your app store and seeing if any updates are pending.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app. If you have the latest version of the app, sometimes there can be an issue in the background causing the app to not work as it should. Therefore, we recommend uninstalling the app (by deleting it), turn off your phone & turn it back on and then reinstall the app.
