How will I receive my account statements?

We will provide a combined quarterly statement for all your bank accounts and loans to view, download and print via digital banking. Statements are provided for the quarter ending March, June, September and December at the start of the following month.

Joint accounts: Account statements are always sent to everyone on a joint savings account. If you hold other individual accounts with us, these will also be listed on your statement with the joint account/s. 

Credit cards: Credit card statements will be provided separately on a monthly basis.

Electronic statements are free. You can find a history of your statements within digital banking under Account > Manage > View Statement. You’ll receive an alert to your nominated email address when a new online statement is available in digital banking.

You can choose to receive paper statements in the mail but updating your preferences within digital banking under Settings > Contact Preferences > Statements. Alternatively, call us on 1300 13 23 28 to update your preferences. Please note fees and charges may apply for paper statements.
