What should I do if I think I've be scammed?

  1. Cease all contact with the person you’re speaking with - this may either be via a phone call, text, email or messaging app communication. 
  2. If a remote access application has been downloaded, turned off the device immediately. 
  3. Change all your passwords / passcodes including for your devices, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Visa card, etc. 
  4. Contact us immediately on 1300 13 23 28 to report the potential scam.
