What do I do if there's been fraudulent transaction on my account?

If you notice fraudulent activity on your Visa Debit / Credit card, call us immediately on 1300 13 23 28.

Depending on the type of transaction, you may be asked to complete an Electronic Transaction / Card Query form.

We also recommend you:

  • Update your digital banking password / passcode
  • Update your card PIN via digital banking.
