What do I do if I lose my phone (or it's stolen)?

  1. If you have a Visa Debit or Visa Credit card saved in your Digital Wallet, we recommend you place a block on the card so it cannot be used for contactless payments. Click here to find out how to block your card.
  2. To be cautious, we also recommend changing your Mobile Banking App passcode when you have replaced your device.
  3. Log into Internet Banking to sign out of the old device: Settings > Security > Device Management.
